Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee

Sylvia Harris, noted graphic designer, design critic and teacher, has been appointed to the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee (CSAC) in Washington, D.C. The CSAC is composed of 12 members who review more than 50,000 stamp subject proposals annually received by the U.S. Postal Service and is responsible for making subject and design recommendations to the U.S. Postmaster General.
