Scottie Pippen selling Chicago condo for $2.35 mil

NBA star Scottie Pippen, who recently returned to the Windy City to play with the Chicago Bulls, is selling his Chicago condominium for $2.35 million, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Pippen bought the three-bedroom, six-room, full-floor unit on the Gold Coast for $850,000 in 1996. It is in a Lake Shore Drive building built in 1981 that has one unit per floor.

The condo has floor-to-ceiling windows, custom cabinets and granite in an eat-in kitchen, 2 1/2 baths, an updated granite-and-limestone master bath, 43-foot terrace and an enormous custom walk-in closet in the master bedroom.
