This November marks EBONY Magazine's 58th anniversary and it's celebrating by featuring 58 of the country's most intriguing people, including the beautiful Beyonce Knowles.

Known simply by her first name to millions of her closest fans, Beyonce is a "triple-threat." The 22-year-old starlet is famous for her singing abilities and for her sexy performances. This summer the Destiny's Child lead singer released her solo platinum-plus CD Dangerously In Love and had young and old music lovers everywhere bouncing their backsides up and down to the horn-blazing hit tune Crazy in Love.

The Grammy-winning Houston native is also displaying her acting skills co-starring opposite Cuba Gooding Jr. in the hit musical comedy The Fighting Temptations.

Read more about Beyonce's biggest year, hit CD, hit movie and hot romance in "The 58 Most Intriguing People of 2003." Others include Kobe Bryant, Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, Kofi Annan, E. Lynn Harris, R. Kelly and T.D. Jakes.

Of an estimated 542,000 children in today's foster care system, 38 percent are Black. In the article "Small Miracles: New Hope for Black Adoptions," families counter misconceptions about adoption and tell their personal reasons for taking a child into their home.

You've kept close tabs on your husband and his interaction with his cute little secretary and made sure that the personal trainer didn't get too close to your wife during workouts at the gym, but there may be one competitor you overlooked-your home computer. Learn how to spot clues to find out if your mate is creeping in cyberspace in "Sex, Lies & The Internet."

Other must-reads in the 58th anniversary issue of EBONY include "The Joys and Dangers of Flirting" and "The Shocking State of Black Marriage."
