B2K: heartthrobs of the hip hop scene

Unlike the freshman CD, J-Boog says the group has more creative control with this album, which will give fans "the real, real, real B2K." They also wrote or co-wrote many of the songs. And B2K will launch the Pandemonium tour featuring Batman from IMx in March 2003.

Additionally, B2K is releasing a Christmas album, Santa Hooked Me Up, on October 29 and the group is featured on the soundtrack for the movie Barbershop. And the fellas, who have the top-requested videos on TV, will make their big screen debut in the upcoming film Crazy House. They portray high school freshmen football players who get hazed by the school's seniors when they try to join the exclusive Varsity Club.

These hip-hop heartthrobs are true success stories. J-Boog believes it's due to the boys' reliance on one another.

"We win for each other," he says. "If one loses, we all lose. We don't individually do our own thing to try to blow ourselves up. We do everything to blow B2K up. Our relationship is real. And I feel that our fans and everybody out there can feel that."
