BLESSED BIRTHDAY: Louise K. Jones, an active member of the Community Baptist Church in Atlantic City, NJ, recently celebrated her 102nd birthday. Born in 1901, she recalls race riots that destroyed whole towns, the stock market crash and the Great Depression. She was married to the late Randolph Jones Sr.
and had three children, daughter, Bernice, and two sons who are now deceased, Randolph, Jr., and Charles II. She attributes her long life to her trust in Jesus and hard work. The Bible, she believes, should apply to your life. "After doing my special prayer and reading a Scripture in the morning, I don't feel my age."
