Nobel Peace Prize winners honored at Canadian University

A NOBEL PEACE PRIZE WINNERS HONORED AT CANADIAN UNIVERSITY: Former Nobel Peace Prize winner the Archbishop Desmond Tutu is presented a stole by another Nobel Peace Prize winner, the Dalai Lama, after he was formally introduced at the beginning of a public talk in Vancouver, Canada. As promoters of peace, Tutu received the peace prize in 1984 while the Dalai Lama received his in 1989.

The University of British Columbia honored the two for their nonviolent resolutions to world conflict by granting them honorary degrees.
