* GOLD GLOVE WINNER: Minnesota Twins outfielder Torii Hunter shows the crowd his American League Gold Glove trophy after he was honored during a pregame ceremony in Minneapolis where the Twins beat the Kansas City Royals 8-3. This is Hunter's third Gold Glove in his eight-year career, all with the Twins.

The All-Star centerfielder, a first-round draft pick in 1993, had a .991 fielding percentage in 2003 with only four errors in 434 chances. Hunter is the first Twin to claim at least three consecutive Gold Glove Awards since Kirby Puckett, who won six awards and four straight from 1986-89.
