Boesak Sentenced

Ex-anti-apartheid hero Allan Boesak waves to supporters outside the Cape Town High Court in South Africa after Judge John Foxcroft sentenced him to six years in jail for stealing aid money. Boesak, a minister who once headed the World Alliance of Reformed Churches, was convicted of fraud and stealing $400,000 donated to his Foundation for Peace and Justice charity (JET, April 5).
