* CLYBURN HONORED: President Clinton and Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC) applaud a young singer during a fund-raising dinner in Columbia, SC, that honored Clyburn. Clyburn, chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus, is the state's first and only Black lawmaker since Reconstruction. Proceeds from the dinner will go toward the state's Democratic Party and Allen University in Columbia, SC.
