Terry Lewis' new home in Malibu, CA, costs $3.5 million

Terry Lewis, half of the super-successful music producing team Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, recently purchased a home in Malibu, CA, for approximately $3.5 million, according to reports.

The Hot Property section of the Los Angeles Times said that Lewis and wife Endora bought a Mediterranean-style home in a gated community. The home has five bedrooms and 6.5 baths in 7,000 square feet and a pool, the paper reported. The year-old house sits on about an acre and has travertine floors.

Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis produced megahits for Janet Jackson and Mariah Carey and have been honored with recognition by the Grammy Awards.
