HIGH TEA FOR THE LADIES: Soap opera star Victoria Rowell congratulates opera diva Denyce Graves, who was honored during the Rowell Foster Children's Positive Plan (RFCPP) high tea event, at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Bel Air, CA. RFCPP, started 13 years ago by Rowell, provides support and encouragement for foster youth.
