One In A Million: Michelle Lea Latimer married Alvin William Dockett at Providence St, John Baptist Church in Upper Marlboro, MD. The bride is a graduate of Morgan State University and Regent University. She is marketing executive for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development The groom is a graduate of Bowie State University and Regent University. He is associate pastor of Providence St. John Baptist Church. They honeymooned on a Western Caribbean cruise.
