`Moesha' Creator Ralph Farquhar Sells Los Angeles House For $2.1 Million

Ralph Farquhar, co-creator of "The Parkers" and "Moesha," and his wife Melba recently sold their home in the elegant Hancock Park section of Los Angeles for approximately $2.1 million, according to reports.

The Hot Property section of the Los Angeles Times reported that Farquhar, who is also executive producer of the Disney Channel's "The Proud Family," sold the five-bedroom, 6,000-square foot home and purchased another one in the Hollywood Hills that has 3,000 square feet. The Hancock Park home was built in 1935 and designed by legendary architect Paul Williams.

The Farquhars also have a home in Martha's Vineyard, MA, the paper reported.
