Singer Seal selling his Beverly Hills house for $2.3 million

Seal, the successful British pop singer/songwriter, recently put his home in the Beverly Hills area on the market for $2.3 million.

The Hot Property section of the Los Angeles Times reported that the home, built in 1958, is a ranch-style property that includes a two-bedroom main house and a two-bedroom guesthouse.

The property has 4,500 square feet, including a step-down living room, a fireplace, French doors that open to a deck and canyon views.

It also has a pool, a recording studio/screening room, outdoor kitchen and a spa. An adjacent lot of 1.5 acres is available for $1 million.

Seal, 39, is a Grammy Award winner who divides his time between London, Los Angeles and whatever mountains offer the best snowboarding, the paper reported.
