The bride and groom are both graduates of the Hahmemann Medical School. The bride is a resident OB-Gyn at Hahmemann Hospital. The groom is an orthopedic's resident at Hahmemann Hospital. The newlyweds began their new life together by honeymooning in St. Lucia. They will reside in Philadelphia.

Delightful Union: Sterling C. Brown married Tammi Y. Boyd at Benton Chapel at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. The bride is a graduate of Knoxville College. She is supervisor in the human resource department at Vanderbilt. The groom is employed by Primus as an operational manager. The happy couple spent their honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico. Nashville, TN, is where they plan to make their home.

The Power Of Love: Brian Elliott Butts and Dr. Melanie Ann Lewis tied the knot at Pioneer Congregational Church in Sacramento, CA. An English professor, the bride graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, Simmons College and the University of San Francisco. The groom, a Howard University graduate, is a district sales manager for American Honda Motor Co. Costa Del Sol, Spain, and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, were the honeymoon spots.

Love Conquers All: Richard Leacock united in holy matrimony with Nicole R. Green on the beach at Kapa Lua Bay in Maui, Hawaii. The bride, a graduate of Langara College, is a professional fashion stylist and artist. The groom, who attended Langara College, is an actor who co-stars on the PAX television series "Doc." The happy newlyweds also honeymooned in Maui. They will begin their new life together by residing in Toronto, Canada.

Forever In Your Eyes: Mr. and Mrs. Brian Armon Priestly became one after they married at the Little Rock Missionary Baptist Church in Detroit. The bride, the former Kelly LaDon Smith, is a graduate of Florida A&M University and Marygrove College. She is an advanced technology engineer for Ford Motor Company. The groom, a Morehouse College graduate, is a computer engineer for Comcast. The couple honeymooned on a Southern Caribbean cruise.

Fantastic Fifty Years: Mr. and Mrs. Glen Stewart commemorated 50 years of marriage with a dinner program hosted by their children and attended by family and friends at the Florence Conference Center in Alabama. Mrs. Barbara Stewart retired after 35 years of service with the Colbert County school system. Her dedicated mate of 50 years, who worked at both the Ford Motor Company and General Motors, was a laborer who retired after 33 years of service. They are the parents of three. They have two grandsons.
