Sitting pretty at 103

SITTING PRETTY AT 103: Mrs. Iris Levy recently celebrated her 103rd birthday quietly at home with family by feasting on the traditional birthday dessert of cake and ice cream. "Momma Levy," who was born on April 19, 1899, in Trinidad, British West Indies, was also honored by her church, St. Luke's Episcopal, with flowers and a corsage.
Mrs. Levy shared 32 years of matrimony with her late husband Herbert Levy. The Bronx resident is the mother of one daughter who spent her working years as a waitress and a housewife. She is blessed with two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The sprightly senior credits her longevity to eating right, no drinking or smoking and several hours of walking a day.
