* WHOOPI'S ONE-WOMAN SHOW: Actress Whoopi Goldberg is shown in the 20th anniversary production of her one-woman show, Whoopi, at Broadway's Lyceum Theatre in New York. The show will recreate the same material seen in the original, including her impersonation of characters ranging from a Valley Girl to a pan handler.

The original run of the solo show, also held at the Lyceum, helped to win her a following. She won a best supporting actress Oscar for her portrayal of spiritualist Oda Mae Brown in the 1990 film Ghost.
