* Renee Brown, WNBA vice president of player personnel, was promoted to senior vice president of personnel in New York. In her new position, Brown will oversee all player scouting for the league, as well as the administration of player-related policies and programs. Brown joined the WNBA in 1996 as director of player personnel and was promoted to senior director in 1999.
She will report directly to the WNBA chief operating officer.
