Boston Bank of Commerce, Peoples Bank of Commerce in Miami and Founders National Bank of Los Angeles recently announced the completion of a merger creating America's first Black national bank. The new Founders Bank of Commerce will be the third-largest Black-owned financial institution in the U.S.
