A fast-paced action comedy, Hollywood Homicide has club owner Julius Armas thrust into the middle of an intense police investigation after four rappers are violently murdered in his nightclub. Detective Joe Gavilan and his partner K.C. Calden go after K-RO (played by rapper Kurupt), a young rap-songwriter who witnessed the gangland-style murders.

K-RO attempts to evade their pursuit with the help of his mother. K-RO is hesitant to point the finger at the most likely suspect, Sartain, a record company executive whose version of tough love is murder. Starring: Harrison Ford, Josh Hartnett, Isainh Washington, Keith David, Master P, Kurupt, Lou Diamond Phillips, Gladys Knight, Martin Landau, Smokey Robinson, Lena Olin, Bruce Greenwood and Lolita Davidovich.
