> Henry Pankey, delivery and retail vice president ibr the Washington, D.C.-based United States Postal Service (USPS), was named vice president, emergency preparedness, by Postmaster General Jack Potter. Pankey will develop plans to protect employees, customers, operations and mail security during disasters and national emergencies and will be the USPS representative to the Office of Homeland Security.
