Caption: A PROUD MOMENT: Andre Taylor (r) and his son, also named Andre, enjoy a moment together in the Foster Auditorium on the University of Alabama campus in Tuscaloosa, AL. The senior Taylor, a 1973 graduate from the school who played pickup basketball games in the auditorium, is the first Black president-elect of the university's National Alumni Association. He will begin serving in his new volunteer position in April 2004. He will replace Jim Givan.
