Wallace, who formerly sat as a judge in the Appellate Division of Superior Court since 1992, was nominated for his new post by Gov. James E. McGreevey (JET, April 28). A Harvard Law School graduate and Army veteran, Wallace, 61, replaces retired Justice James H. Coleman, Jr., the first Black man to serve on the court.
