Eric Benet seeking support money from Halle Berry

Singer Eric Benet recently filed papers in Los Angeles asking that estranged wife Halle Berry pay spousal support and his legal fees. He is also challenging the couple's prenuptial agreement, according to reports.
Benet, 33, and Berry, 37, met in 1999, married in 2001 and separated last October.
The Academy Award-winning actress cited irreconcilable differences when she filed for divorce in L.A. Superior Court.
The couple's struggles with Benet's alleged sexual addiction has been well-documented in the media. Berry spoke of it, saying she tried to be as supportive of her husband as she could.
No comments were issued from Berry's or Benet's publicity representatives regarding his spousal support request.
