Vows Of Love: Mark L. Littleton and Tara E. Banks said "I do" at the beautiful Riu in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The bride holds a B.A. in communications while her groom holds a B.A. in human resources. The bride is a program manager with SFA, Inc. in Crofton, MD. Her new husband is a retired sergeant from the U.S. Army. after serving 20 years. Currently, he is an operations manager with US Food Service in Severn, MD. The elated couple enjoyed Ocho Rios, Jamaica, for an enchanting honeymoon. They reside in Upper Marlboro, MD.
