CELEBRATING WORLD REFUGEE DAY: Secretary of State Colin Powell and actress Angelina Jolie, goodwill ambassador for the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR), take part in the official launching of World Refugee Day 2004 at the National Geographic Society in Washington, D.C. The theme this year was "To Feel At Home." Powell, along with Jolie, presented awards and cut a ribbon to open an exhibit of pictures, children's artwork and performances by refugee artists.

This year's World Refugee Day, filled with four days of events, focused on the search for durable solutions for refugees.
