Benny Medina Gets $1.2 Million For His Sunset Strip House In L.A

Producer Benny Medina, the real-life inspiration for the hit NBC sitcom "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air," recently sold his home in the Sunset Strip section of Los Angeles for an estimated $1.2 million.

The Hot Property Section of the Los Angeles Times reported that Medina, who has managed Jennifer Lopez and Will Smith, is moving into a larger home in the L.A. area. The house he sold has three bedrooms in 1,800 square feet. The home, which has a pool and city views, was built in 1953 and purchased by Medina in 1988.
