BOOK CELEBRATION: Dr. Cynthia L. Jackson celebrates the publication of her new book African American Education: A Reference Handbook with Dr. Arthur E. Thomas (l), Florida A&M University consultant for program development and former president of Central State University, who contributed to the book in the area of Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and Dr.
John L. Henderson, president of Wilberforce University. The book provides information and resources on issues concerning the education of Blacks--schooling, education doctrines, legislation and Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
