Los Angeles Lakers superstar center Shaquille O'Neal and his wife, Shaunie, are putting their Beverly Hills area home on the market for $7.5 million.
The Hot Property section of the Los Angeles Times reported that O'Neal, 32, who has openly requested a trade from the troubled team, has owned the 12,000-square-foot home since 1997. The couple recently completed extensive renovations of the home that was built in 1993.
The house sits on slightly more than an acre, has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a movie theater, an elevator, a grand entry and built-in fish tanks, the paper reported. There is also a recording studio for O'Neal, who has dabbled in rap music.
O'Neal had the tennis court turned into extra parking for his large collection of cars and a sports court for basketball practice. There are superman logos at the gate of the property. The home sits on a cul-de-sac and offers city-to-ocean views.
