The One I Love: Mr. and Mrs. Franchot B. Wallace tied the knot at Dover Air Force Base in Dover, DE. The bride, the former Shana S. Williams, is a graduate of the Community College of the Air Force. She is an executive assistant and an Air Force reservist. The groom is a graduate of Hilbert College. He is a correctional officer for the state of Delaware. The newlyweds plan to make their home in Middletown, DE. The pair honeymooned on a Caribbean cruise.
