In the report, it was found that the biggest improvements came among Blacks over 25: 78.5 percent had completed high school, compared with 66.2 percent a decade ago; 16.5 percent held bachelor's degrees, compared with 11.3 percent in 1990.
Bachelor's degree-holders numbered 21.3 percent and high school graduates totaled 77.6 percent.
