Ali defends IBA title

ALI DEFENDS IBA TITLE: Super middleweight boxing champ Laila Ali celebrates her victory after she defeated Nikki Eplion at Prince George's Stadium in Bowie, MD. Ali (17-0, 13 KOs), the daughter of boxing legend Muhammad Ali, bad little trouble defending her International Boxing Association (IBA) championship when stopping Eplion (12-22) in the fourth round.
The undefeated boxer knocked down her foe twice in the third round and twice again in the fourth before the referee called the fight.
