COOKING FOR THE CAMERAS: Camden, NJ, cook Aaron McCargo Jr., 37, prepares a meal for the taping of his new show "Big Daddy's House" on the Food Network. His six-episode series was the grand prize for winning the fourth season of the reality series "The Next Food Network Star." McCargo, a husband and father of three, left his job as an executive catering chef at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia to begin his career in television. "Big Daddy's House," which features recipes with bold flavors and big portions, airs Sundays at 1:30 p.m. ET.
