BOATENGS STRUT THEIR STUFF: British fashion designer Ozwald Boateng strolls the catwalk with his Russian wife Gyunel after the presentation of his autumn winter 2004-2005 men's fashion collection in Paris. Boateng, the new creative director for Givenchy Homme (JET, Jan. 5), featured his collection of impeccable suits and military-style coats that was inspired by Russia and the Red Army.

"I was really seduced by Moscow," he explained to the Agence France Presse, crediting his wife for introducing him to the city five years ago. The 36-yearold Boateng, who has two shops in London and whose extremely fitted clothes are available in high-end department and specialty stores worldwide, is planning to open a store in the Russian capital and is hoping to expand his business in the United States. He will present his first collection for Givenchy in June.
