The bride, a graduate of Harvard College and Tufts University, is an economist at International Business Initiatives. The groom, a graduate of Morehouse College and the Harvard Business School, is brand manager at Coca-Cola USA. Aruba was the honeymoon location.

Wedding Nuptials: Shafton Lamont Stewart and Joyce Louise Clark united during a candlelight ceremony at the Church of the Living God in Kansas City, KS. Celebrating 50 Years: Thomas Houser and his wife, Ruth, recently commemorated five decades of marital bliss with family friends at the Ambassador Banquets in Elmhurst, IL. Mrs. Ruth Houser is a housewife and property manager. Her devoted mate for 50 years is employed by the Cook County Sheriff's Department as a sergeant for the Cook County Court Services. They are the parents of three daughters and the grandparents of five.
