Barnes, is a graduate of Illinois State University. She is president and CEO of the Shabes Management Company. The groom is a graduate of Western State College of Colorado. He works in pharmaceutical sales. The delighted couple plan to honeymoon in Aruba.

* God's Blessed Me: The Hon. Shelvin Louise Marie Hall united in holy matrimony with Ephraim M. Martin at Chicago's Friendship Baptist Church, where the bride's father, Rev. Dr. Shelvin Jerome Hall, who officiated the ceremony, is pastor. The bride is an Illinois Appellate Court Justice. The groom is president of Martin's Inter-Culture, Ltd. The Rev. Jesse L. Jackson gave the prayer of dedication at the wedding.

* Since I Met You: Tracy Chamblee wed Melanie Elaine Babb at Terrace on The Park in Flushing Meadow, NY. A graduate of Spelman College and the New York Law School, the bride is an attorney. A graduate of Johnson C. Smith University, the bridegroom currently is pursuing a master's degree in business administration at Clark Atlanta University. The Greek Islands and French Riviera are where the newlyweds enjoyed a romantic honeymoon.

* You Share My World: Stephen Leron Edmonds tied the knot with the former Betty Janelta Shields during an elegant ceremony at New Saint Mark Holiness Church in Norfolk, VA. The bride is a graduate of Norfolk State University. She is an instructor for Central Texas College. The groom is a graduate of Norfolk State University and Old Dominion University. He is a physical therapist for Tender Care Home Care. Norfolk is where the loving twosome will live.

* Together At Last: Irin Duane Montgomery and Patricia Tjyonda Caesar are together at last after pledging their eternal love during holy matrimony at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Toronto, Canada. The bride is a graduate of York University. She works in property protection for a mortgage firm. The groom is a 10-year U.S. Navy veteran. He works for the Ford Motor Company. The happy lovebirds look forward to residing in Detroit.

Super Sixty Years: Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Taylor of Georgetown, KY, recently celebrated 60 years of wedded bliss with family and friends. Mrs. Lulu Mae Taylor retired from the University of Kentucky in 1985. Her devoted mate of six decades retired from the federal government in 1974. Former high school sweethearts, the blessed couple attends the Great Crossing Missionary Baptist Church. They are the parents of four and the grandparents of eight.
