EBONY FASHION FAIR GRAND PRIZE WINNER: The Rev. Frances Tate of Valdese, NC, joyously accepts the keys to her new Lincoln Mercury Mountaineer from Martin Family Ford Lincoln Mercury salesman Charles Brooks in Morganton, NC. Rev. Tate had the winning entry in the 2003-2004 EBONY Fashion Fair Grand Prize Drawing.
She became eligible for the grand prize when her ticket was pulled at the EBONY Fashion Fair show in Morganton.
