> Joshua D. Colin, an 18-year veteran of the United States Postal Service, was named the first Black postmaster of Columbus, OH. As postmaster, Colin is responsible for mail collection and delivery operations to 711,000 residents and oversees a workforce of 1,700 people. Colin began his postal career in Philadelphia as a letter carrier and most recently served as acting manager of Operations Programs Support.
