Norm Jenkins, vice president of owner and franchise services for Marriott International and a certified public accountant, was appointed national president and chief executive officer of the National Association of Black Accountants, which represents minority professionals in finance and accounting.

Marriott spends more than $150 million a year with more than 10,000 minority- and female-owned firms.
