SCREEN ACTORS GUILD AWARD WINNERS: Actor-comedian Jamie Foxx holds up the statuette he received at the 11th Annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, held at the Los Angeles Shrine Exposition Center. Foxx won the coveted award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role for his portrayal of late music great Ray Charles in the film Ray.
Morgan Freeman (below) gives the thumbs up after he won the honor for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role for his work in the movie Million Dollar Baby. Freeman portrayed Scrap, an ex-boxer who manages a gym, in the boxing drama. Both Foxx and Freeman are Oscar nominees as well. Foxx made history as a double Oscar nominee in the same year. He is also the first actor to receive Oscar nominations and a Grammy nomination (Slow Jamz featuring Kanye West and Twista) in the same year.
