Barack Obama (D-IL) shares a joke with actor Jimmy Smits before he addressed the 37th annual convent on of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees in Chicago. Smits who portrayed a Democratic presidential Candidate in the TV drama, "The West Wing," was a guest at the convention.
