Treasured Moment: Bishop Steven M. Arnold said "I Do" with Shanta Grant at the New Calvary Church of God in Christ in Little Rock, AR. The bride is a project analyst at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is a graduate of Pulaski Technical College. The groom, a graduate of Philander Smith College, has been the senior pastor of the St. Mark Baptist Church for more than 16 years. Little Rock is where they plan to reside. The couple honeymooned during a Western Caribbean cruise.
