Flavor Flav has become an unlikely TV star. From "The Surreal Life" to "Strange Love" to "Flavor of Love," now in its third season, rap group Public Enemy's iconic hype man is about to settle into his own TV sitcom.
Flavor Flav will star in a new half-hour comedy, "Under One Roof," where he will play an ex-con who rattles the world of his wealthy, conservative brother when he moves in with him.
"I am real excited about my new sitcom," said Flavor Flav. "I want to thank MyNetworkTV for believing in your boy because we are about to blow this out of the water. I am about to take MyNetworkTV and make it MY network."
The sitcom will debut this spring. Fox launched the prime-time program network MyNetworkTV in fall 2006. "Under One Roof" is its first sitcom.
