HIP NEW STAMP: The U.S. Postal service recently unveiled its new stamp that is dedicated to Hip-hop culture at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. Postal Service's "Celebrate the Century" stamp and education program that aims to provide a decade-by-decade chronicle of the 20th century. The hip-hop stamp is the result of a ballot issued by the Postal Service that asked the public to vote on its most significant '80s memories; hip hop, however, was born a decade earlier.
