HIP NEW STAMP: The U.S. Postal service recently unveiled its new stamp that is dedicated to Hip-hop culture at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. Below, Felix Smith (1) of the U.S. Postal Service and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame CEO Terry Stewart present the new hip-hop stamp, part of the U.S.

Postal Service's "Celebrate the Century" stamp and education program that aims to provide a decade-by-decade chronicle of the 20th century. The hip-hop stamp is the result of a ballot issued by the Postal Service that asked the public to vote on its most significant '80s memories; hip hop, however, was born a decade earlier.
