Keith) as Judge Keith looks on during a luncheon awards ceremony in the U.S. Federal Courthouse in Detroit. The luncheon, hosted by Judge Keith, is held each year during Black History Month to honor an outstanding citizen and highlight his or her achievements. Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin was the honoree last year.
