Louisiana student Aaron Cezar gets $422,916 in scholarship offers; decides on Princeton

After receiving a total of $422,916 in scholarship offers to schools such as Dartmouth College, Tulane, Southern Methodist, Seton Hall, Grambling State University and Louisiana State, Oberlin (LA) High School graduate Aaron Cezar accepted a $91,600 scholarship offer from Princeton.

Cezar, who held a 3.9 grade point average, is a National Science Merit Award winner. He was active in clubs such as Future Business Leaders of America (treasurer) and Substance Abuse Prevention Education (SAPE - President).

The former Oberlin High School academician attributes his success there to hard work and perseverance.

... "If you are persistent in reaching your goals, you will leap over any obstacle, rise above any setback and cross over any color or gender line," he said in his commencement speech.
