Actor Will Smith and wife plan divorce

Will Smith and his wife Sheree have separated and are divorcing, his publicist recently announced.
Smith, 26, star of the series "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air," married his wife, also 26, in May 1992. They have a son, Will C. Smith III.

Sheree Smith reportedly filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences. Stan Rosenfield, Will Smith's spokesman, said the couple made the announcement to "foreclose tabloidian speculation."
