Actress-comedienne Whoopi Goldberg, who was recently named Woman of the Year by Harvard University's Hasting Pudding Theatricals organization, tries on a hat presented to her during the awards ceremony. Ms. Goldberg was saluted with a parade through Harvard Square in Cambridge, Mass. Actor Chevy Chase was named Man Of the Year by Hasting Pudding Theatricals, which is the nation's oldest undergraduate dramatic organization.
The award is presented annually to an outstanding entertainer. Past recipients include Ella Fitzgerald. Dionne Warwick, Lucille Ball, and Robin Williams.
