Talk show queen Oprah continues to reign as highest paid black celebrity: Forbes

One-woman TV powerhouse Oprah Winfrey is the highest paid Black celebrity for a second year with combined estimated income for 1994 and 1995 at $146 million, according to Forbes magazine's ninth annual survey.
The first woman to head the Forbes Top 40 Entertainers list last year, this is Winfrey's second year to be listed as No. 2. Movie maker Steven Spielberg with $285 million is No. 1.
Others included on the Forbes list were pop music idol Michael Jackson and comedian-actor Bill Cosby, who ranked No. 8 with $67 million and No. 12 with $49 million respectively.
The hit recording group Boyz II Men were new to the list, coming in at 31st with $31 million.
