Anita Hill to resign as law professor at Univ. of Oklahoma

Anita Hill has plans t resign as a law professor at the University of Oklahoma at the end of the school year, news accounts state.
No reason was given for her resignation, which was announced in a March 9 memo to law professors at the university.
"The University has in no way requested or encouraged the resignation," said Josh Galper, a spokesman for university President David Boren.
Hill gained notoriety in 1991 when she alleged that her former boss Clarence Thomas, now a Supreme Court justice, sexually harassed her on the job.
She now lives in Laguna Beach, CA, and is on leave while she writes two books. Hill could not be reached for comment at Jet press time
